Alona was great until after we bought the house, and then it felt like she didn't care about us either way. We had some issues from the first day we moved in, including the sellers lying about some of the things that they were supposed to have fixed. Me and my husband weren't sure what to do, and we wanted Alona's advice since she had been with us throughout the whole process. The heat pump was one of the things that was supposed to be fixed, but it wasn't, and our house was freezing in the middle of winter. We had to take our pets to a friend's house. We called Alona that first day with no response, and after this happened a few times, she texted that she would call us back tomorrow. This never happened. Then after calling about 10 times in the next two weeks, she finally answered and apologized and said she would contact the sellers to ask what happened and call us back. We did not get a phone call back, and this was the last we heard from her. We felt ghosted. It left a really bad taste in our mouths. I lost my trust for her.
