Jordan was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I had a lengthy search for our perfect house in Asheville, but Jordan was very patient with us through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable of the area and is transparent about her thoughts on the house, price point, and location (something I greatly appreciated not being familiar with the area). Overall, Jordan was excellent in communicating with us about everything we needed to know from putting in an offer to crossing the finish line on closing day. We would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking to buy a house in the Asheville area!

We're FINALLY homeowners thanks to Michaela! It was a long arduous road for all of us (her especially, I'm sure), but after 2 years of on and off searching in an insane market we finally found the perfect fit for our growing family with (most) all the qualities we had hoped for when we started this journey. It wasn't our first offer that we made during that time either...over the course of looking we made 4 in total! My husband and I both liked the sound advice she gave us and also that she made little hesitation to draw up offers for us even when we decided on a different buying price or terms than what she recommended. It was important to us to feel supported but not coerced during such a monumental decision. At no point during our scouting did we ever feel ignored or way-sided, Michaela is a rapid-rate responder! Even on the occasion when she was unable to meet us at showings, instead of delaying she sent another agent of her team to meet us, which we were very grateful for. Michaela always made us feel like our comfortability in "the search" was her main concern. She pushed us to make hard decisions in a timely manner, but also gave us space to reflect or take a breather during the hunt whenever we asked. When we were ready to pull the trigger, Michaela was a speed demon on getting questions answered and offers sent! We're soooo thankful for all of her time and diligence.

Jordan was amazing to work with - from start to finish she was extremely helpful! Super helpful for local knowledge on investment properties and understanding the local trends in the market. Very flexible to work with as I was out of state throughout the purchase process too.

Alona was always very professional and courteous, very prompt with her responses and easy to reach when needed. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the entire process of selling a house. I highly recommend she and her team at Firefly Realty.

Erin helped my husband and I find our new house within a couple of months, which is not an easy feat in this market! He was professional and his knowledge of house financing was super helpful as well!
