Judi's vast local knowledge, helpful contacts (new and resale housing agents, contractors, title/closing agency, etc), skills, professionalism, energy/enthusiasm, and friendliness are outstanding. Judi even worked tirelessly while on "vacation," including writing and securing our winning purchase contract in an extremely competitive market. This required being responsive not only to our needs, but also understanding and satisfying critical contractual preferences of the sellers. While away, Judi had great support from her amazing son Jason, who helped to infuse us with a necessary understanding of housing values and construction/quality during our viewings.
