ZillowVERIFIED Karen is the Best! Karen responded quickly, 99% of the time it was the same day, to all of my questions and requests. She did not leave a stone unturned in getting information. She is highly motivated. Her video walk-throughs were supported with very useful commentary. I felt confident in the condition of the home before purchasing it sight unseen. She had solutions to all of the closing problems, and smoothed the processes with the title and mortgage companies. I have highly recommended her to my friends and family and will definitely use her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was the greatest realtor that we could have asked for. She helped my daughters and I find our dream home. She made this process that has been very hard on us easier and went above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is the best! She helped us not only to find a viable property, she tirelessly worked on every aspect of our needs and potential future needs. Not to forget, the work with her and Magnolia Title was one of the best home buying experience I had (and I had a bunch of them). Highly recommend her for pre-, during and after a purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Very easy communication. Quick response to any question. Karen was very helpful through all the steps of buying a new build home, represented me when I could not be present in person and offered guidance in some decision making.

ZillowVERIFIED elocating across the country to our Florida dream-home because of Karen Pulfer My husband began browsing homes in Florida a few years ago. I never dreamed that I would leave coastal California. While speaking with Karen via phone one day telling her about all of the features that I would need in a home she said, "You simply have to visit." So I planned a vacation, but in the meantime, Karen videotaped numerous homes for us to look at. She listened to me and knows her market. I fell in love with Punta Gorda immediately and we began a nine-month search until we found our dream home. The long-distance business relationship turned into friendship. Naturally, we had questions. Karen found answers. No gracious gesture seemed too much. I have so much to share, but here is a clincher. She wrote the offer on our home while in the middle of the atlantic on a pleasure cruise-ship. When I flew down to see our home Karen was with me through the inspection and then every step of the closing process. We couldn't have been in better hands. Verified by RateMyAgent

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is knowledgeable, professional and great communicator. Her and I were on the same page from the beginning. We had similar tastes, likes and dislikes. She helped take the stress out of the home purchasing process in today's chaotic market. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a Realator.
