I can not say enough good things about Erica! She has gone above and beyond for us from day one. We moved from another state and wasn't knowledgeable about the area. Helped us find a inspector and lawyer in the area as well. Once we bought the house she even came out to let in the cleaning lady because we were still out of state at that time. That's the kind of person she is. When we came to view the houses Erica took us around the neighborhoods showed us what was what and what to avoid. She was knowledgeable and treated the experience like it was her house she was going to buy. Erica is just wonderful in every way.
