Fett Realty

It was great! Very responsive and informative! He not only kept us informed every step of the way but also answered every question we had! The process of selling a house can be super stressful, but Sam took a lot of the stress off of our shoulders!

Sam did a great job helping me sell a rental property in Ames. He is a hard working individual, who is always willing to do what is best for his clients. I will continue to work with Sam for many more years to come.

Sam exceeded all expectations while helping find exactly what we were looking for in a property. He streamlined the viewing, negotiating and closing processes. He kept us completely informed throughout the entire buying process. We look forward to working with Sam in the future!

Sam did an awesome job getting professional photos taken of our house and getting it listed in little time. He had a lot of tips for us as well. Very responsive & made the process very easy for us!
