On the weekend of our open house he was very responsive and kept us up to date on offers/potential offers. He even pitched in and helped with transporting a lawnmower, and some last minute moving as my wife and I severely UNDERESTIMATED the amount of stuff we had, and the time it takes to move out of a house duriing a simultanious moving date (its not like an apartment). Bottom line: He may be young, but he knows his stuff and glad we went with him and the Fett Realty Team.

We were under contract within days of listing the home. The transaction was smooth and easy from there! This was a transaction that I did 100% remotely. I do not live in the Ames area, so Sam guided me through everything I had to do as a remote seller. If you are a remote seller or buyer, you can trust Sam to help you.
