Theres not enough stars to represent sky(lar). Over the years Ive dealt with many real estate agents and they they pale in comparison. They want you to find your own property and do your own homework and do everything yourself and when youre ready to buy, they take a commission and run. It made me sad because my mom was a realtor and she wasnt that way at all. She was very very hard working. It was refreshing to find Skylar. He reminded me of my mom, hard-working, great sense of humor and ready to get the job done no matter how long it takes. Hes honest he communicates well. Hes got a great sense of humor. He really connects with his clients. I wish I had a zillion more dollars to buy a bunch more property because he made the whole process fun. If you are lucky enough to work with Garet Rice, you will be extremely happy. He has been a joy to work with. He goes way over the minimum effort and has been so helpful.
