She showed us a house I insisted on looking at because it had 5 acres and the location was incredible. Karolina drew up the O & A; it turned into a bidding war, and I wasn't willing to pay any more money for a fixer-upper.So this is where brilliant realtor, Karolina, jumps right in to show me another house she knows I'll love. By this time, she's had plenty of time to find out what I like. We went to look at home #2. It was everything I wanted and then some. We made an offer, and it was accepted.Karolina was an absolute delight to work with. She was on top of everything throughout escrow, and it was a difficult escrow, but Karolina didn't miss a beat. She was always available to me. If I called or texted, she got right back to me. Karolina gets my 10 stars and all of my referrals??

She gave me a virtual tour of the property and was able to have the owner there to answer my questions! UNHEARD OF! She kept me informed every step of the way. Through the good and the bumps she was encouraging and "held my hand" every step of the way. Buying property "site-unseen" can be overwhelming, to say the least. I know it would have been very stressful. There was one hiccup that had nothing to do with her but she kept an open line of communication with me the whole time. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone but, especially if you have unusual circumstances.

PATRICK KNOWS HOW IT'S DONE.I had a house that I was kinda dragging my butt on trying to finish renovations on due to burnout. Figured I had a few months until selling season to do it (it was February, usually listings go live March-April).Patrick motivated me to get off my butt and finish renovations to get it on the market in February because, unlike other agents I spoke to, he knew it was a total seller's market in the winter here in Reno.We sold the house within a week. It was ridiculous how fast it went, and he fetched us a premium price too!
