Dan did a great job helping us find and purchase our house. We sent him a few examples of things we'd liked and Dan took the time to review what we liked and didn't like about the properties, committed to finding us something that checked all of our boxes. He also had tons of knowledge about the areas we were looking in and helped us go through the pros and cons of each neighborhood. Dan ultimately found the house we purchased and worked with us from the first showing until the day of closing, making sure we understood everything and were totally comfortable. As first time home buyers, this was so important to us and we are so grateful Dan could guide us through the process. We would recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy a home!

Dan, was amazing he got the seller to reduce the price by 100k. He made everything so easy. Dan first was able to get us a house inspection the very next day after the offer was accepted. Next Dan Recommended a lawyer who was phenomenal in a surveyor who did a great job. Yeah, actually close within five weeks, thanks to Dan and all his knowledge and expertise

Deirdre has been a really fantastic agent. Patient, efficient and really knowledgeable the area. I am in Florida and she has been on top of everything in selling my dad's house in Flanders and making sure I was kept informed without being overbearing. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any housing concerns you may have.

Deirdre was wonderful! Her years of experience really showed and were invaluable. She was always quick to respond and support through this process. Offering suggestions and helping negotiate with aplomb. She understood our needs immediately and was able to steer us in the right direction. I highly recommend her services for either selling or buying.

Deidre was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the local area was extremely helpful. She had contacts with the condo association- which helped me facilitate everything they needed from me. She answered my calls every time. She was just an absolute pleasure to work with.
