ZillowVERIFIED Working with Deirdre to buy our house was perfect - from the beginning, she was available to us as we began our search and never pushed us. She planned our visits to a tee, mapping out the most efficient schedules and coordinating everything with the sellers. She was completely open to our thoughts and concerns and again, never pushed us. When we weren't available to go in person, Deirdre went on our behalf and I fully trusted her to give us the honest details. When we finally found our house, Deirdre was incredibly helpful with every step of the process - from offer to close. I felt like I could fully count on her and could call on her for whatever question or need we had. Thank you for such a smooth and seamless process!

ZillowVERIFIED We decided to sell our house at a time when we had a lot of unexpected emergencies arise. Deirdre helped us along at every step and found solutions to make the process as easy for us as possible! These folks really know the local market and are wonderful to work with. They helped us buy the house several years ago and have now helped us sell it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning we knew we made the correct decision to go with Deirdre as we had a buyer on day one! Our experience could not have gone any better as the first person that Deirdre brought to our Condo made a cash offer that we accepted. She even recommended a Lawyer for our sale who also has been outstanding in guiding us through this journey.

ZillowVERIFIED When my mother passed away in May 2020, I listed her condominium with Deirdre Fedun. As I live in New Jersey and the condominium is located in New York, I expected that the process would have some challenges. In actuality the condominium sold quickly for very close to the asking price and without any problems. It was a positive experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Deirdre again. Deirdre was able to help us along the whole process to completion. Her honesty is what sets her apart from other realtors. We wanted a higher price for the house when we started the process, but Deirdre was honest with us at the beginning about the comparable past home sales in the area. In time, we realized she was correct and adjusted the sale price to the comparable home price and we were able to sell the home quicker. I couldnt imagine having done this process alone.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Diedre Fedun in May of 2018 when we attended an open house for a waterfront condo on the North Fork of Long Island. We have since purchased the condo and are looking forward to many years in this beautiful location. Diedre was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Phone calls were responded to promptly and she followed up quickly and capably providing information and suggestions. I have already recommended Diedre to very close friends. They met her on Saturday and plan to make an offer on a condo in this complex. My friends were as impressed as I was. Need I say more?

ZillowVERIFIED I picked Deirdre based on reviews - and I'm glad to say, having now closed on a property, that I made a great choice. She always got back to me during the purchase phase (happily reminding me of things I had forgotten or quickly resending things I misplaced); no question was too trivial; and her local knowledge has been invaluable - before and AFTER closing (in fact since we closed, she has still replied to calls and texts about things well outside a realtor's remit). I have no doubt things went smoothly for me and my family before, during, and after the purchase, as a result of Deirdre being our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Deidre Fedun as my broker based on her many glowing references, and I wasn't disappointed. She sold my bay front home for the price I wanted and guided me through a lengthy and complicated process in completing the sale due to my buyer's bank. She found me my new home making the process easy even though the sellers spoke only Polish. Deirdre is a positive and pragmatic person and has wonderful people skills. I am now happily ensconced in my new home, and it's all thanks to Deirdre!
