FC Tucker Company

I relocated to Fishers and worked with Chris while exploring both resale homes and new construction communities throughout Fishers, McCordsville, and the Geist area. After comparing several options, I ultimately chose a new construction home in Fishers. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, especially since this was my first experience purchasing a newly built home. He provided valuable guidance during every phase and was very strategic when negotiating pricing, builder incentives, and even the lot premium. What stood out most was his patience, responsiveness, and ability to advocate for my best interests while I worked through my decision. Once I decided to move forward, he managed the transaction professionally and efficiently from start to finish. Chris did an outstanding job selling my home and helped secure a final sale price well above asking. I'm especially glad I trusted his advice to be patient, as he leveraged multiple offers and negotiated aggressively to maximize the value of the transaction. I highly recommend Chris to anyone relocating or moving within the area. Whether youre considering an existing home or new construction, he brings patience, insight, and strong negotiation skills to the process.
