Chris Dell

As Team Leader of the Horizon Real Estate Team at F.C. Tucker Company, Chris Dell has been successfully serving central Indiana since 2003 and obtained his Florida Real Estate License in 2021. After graduating from Ball State University, Chris built a strong foundation in banking, consumer lending, and mortgage origination. Today, he applies this deep financial expertise to give his real estate clients a distinct advantage in real estate finance and during negotiations. Furthermore, managing his personal portfolio of commercial and residential investments in Sheridan, Indiana where he grew up, has given him invaluable, hands-on insight into property management.

Guided by his faith in Jesus Christ, Chris operates as a servant-leader under biblical principals, placing a high value on business ethics and integrity during every transaction. He is passionate about fostering a client-first culture while ensuring his team quickly adapts to new technologies and market shifts.

When he isn't helping clients pursue their real estate goals, Chris is devoted to his wife, Michelle, and their three daughters who compete in collegiate tennis and equestrian events. He also enjoys fitness, sports and the outdoors.
