FC Tucker Company

Brian did a fantastic job of taking care of us. His knowledge is outstanding. He is such a kind hearted person. He knows what needs to be done and how to do it. If you need anything done he can help find the person to do it for you. Our radon test was positive and Brian took care of getting a mitigation company in total care of it. He also helped us navigate the loan process for our new home.

We selected Brian from the realtors we interviewed based on his approach to selling our family home. From the beginning we felt we were in safe hands but really, the results speak for themselves. Within a week of listing, my dad accepted an offer of more than 20% the asking price, and much higher than our expectations. Thank you Brian!

Our family waited 2.5 years for our condo to be rebuilt after a fire decimated the building. It was a long and arduous process. As completion loomed, we knew we wanted to find a realtor and list as soon as we could, as we were already carrying a second mortgage. Enter Brian. He found us a buyer and secured a full cash offer at our list price on our first day on the market. I've worked with realtors across the country in my day job (almost a decade), and Brian's grasp of his market and its conditions is up there with the best. He won't BS you, so expect an accurate price and evaluation of your home. But that's exactly why he's worth every penny.

Brian went above and beyond every step of the way. From helping organize contractors, advising on current market trends and being ALWAYS available, he really helped us navigate buying and selling a home during a particularly challenging time in the market. Through every step of the process it was very clear Brian was going to be unapologetically on our team. Brians deep connections In the Carmel area also cant be overstated as they quickly resolved what could have been significant issues. I really cant say enough positive things about working with Brian. While I never want to move again, I will definitely be giving Brian a call if the need arises.

Brian helped us out way more than we ever could have asked. He got us an amazing deal and helped us sell our home in literally no-time. He was knowledgeable and caring. I wouldn't use any other realtors if we have to move again. Highly recommend!
