Fathom Realty MD

Trenace did an exceptional job helping my husband and I to reach our goal of being homeowners.. I can honestly say without her patience, dedication, hard work and knowledge we would have never been able to purchase the home of our dreams. The negotiation skills she possesses are unbelievable she talked us through every step of the process. She cared for us like family and gave tough love when needed. I had days where I wanted to give up but with her help and encouragement I didnt plus she wouldnt allow me to give up. She explored all avenues and if we hit a road block she knew just how to help us get over any obstacles we faced. I recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks me how we became homeowners. Even after settlement day she was available for any questions we had. I could go on and on bottom line is if Trenace is not your realtor you are missing out

Trenace Josiah is very knowledgeable about all things real-estate, finance & credit repair. I completely trust her judgment with purchasing a home & she is always able to find just what her customers need!

Trenace did an outstanding job in helping my wife and I find a new home. She listened to all of our needs for our new home. Communication was great and she never dropped the ball on anything. She helped us find a new construction home that fit right in our budget and showed great knowledge in the VA home loan buying process! Highly recommend and will definitely use her again for our next home!

Trenace was thoughtful, thorough, and detail oriented. I wouldn't have found my dream home without her. Will recommend her to anyone I know looking in her territory!
