I had days where I wanted to give up but with her help and encouragement I didnt plus she wouldnt allow me to give up. She explored all avenues and if we hit a road block she knew just how to help us get over any obstacles we faced. I recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks me how we became homeowners. Even after settlement day she was available for any questions we had. I could go on and on bottom line is if Trenace is not your realtor you are missing out

Although the results aren't typical, it is testament to her willingness to do whatever it takes to make sure we had the best possible transaction. She was never pushy, not a "salesperson" and gave genuine feedback on what she thought was a good fit for my family and I. Most of all, she was very flexible. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and not the easiest clients with what we wanted/needed in a property. Trenace was more than up to the task and we couldn't be happier!
