Alan is a pleasure to work with. He helped us find our newlywed home and sell our condo during a pandemic! He is such a hard worker and very determined to ensure his clients are satisfied and happy!

Alex was very responsive and acted swiftly for me. The property he looked at for me had a few issues and he protected me from making a mistake. It was greatly appreciated.

I loved working with Alan! I was a first time homebuyer. Dealing with a busy work schedule (including travel for a week at a time), a horrible lender, and my apartment flooding 4 days before closing; Alan went above and beyond with advice and support!I will stress, take his recommendations for title, lender, etc. seriously. I did not follow his advice on one selection, and everything he warned me about came true, leading to a delayed closing and extra stress.I highly recommend Alan!!

Excellence guidance and immeasurable patience throughout the process.

What a great experience I had working with Alan! As a first-time homebuyer, I was a little worried about trying to find a condo during a pandemic, but Alan was super responsive and answered all my questions. His experience with condos was a huge bonus - I didn't realize how much buying a condo differs from buying a single-family home. From viewing properties to working through the closing process, I felt like he really had my back the whole way. I'm so excited to move in to my new home, and I will definitely be recommending him to friends - and working with him again in the future!
