Fathom Realty, LLC

From the start Sue Busch was by all means helpful, kind, understanding, and with all my confidence can say she knows what shes talking about. Being a first time home buyer I couldnt ask for a better realtor! I had so many questions, concerns, and doubts Sue took time EVERYDAY to help me settle my mind and thoughts so that I was NEVER lost in anyway. My wife loved her my children loved her, she honestly felt like family! There were certain things like repairs that we wanted from the seller, that at first they didnt want to fix. Sue told me Ill take care of it let me work. She went to bat for us and ended up getting EVERYTHING we wanted! Blown away by her people skills and work ethic. I can guarantee that if anyone chooses Sue as their realtor itll be a memory youll cherish and person youll never forget!

Susan made us feel like we were her only clients. She quickly picked up on our taste, worked within our budget and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect location. She is absolutely awesome.

This was my first time going through the home buying process and Sue helped make it smooth and seamless. She was able to answer any question I asked her and she provided information regarding the whole process I didn't know to ask. Sue is patient and personable, and was a pleasure to work with and be around during my home buying experience.

Sue is a reliable, trustworthy, experienced realtor with excellent coordination and communication skills. Sue met all expectations and requirements her attentiveness and demeaner make Sue a pleasure to work with. She and her team handled our sale competently, quickly and flawlessly. I would recommend Sue to anyone whom desires a stress-free real estate experience.

Susan Busch 6 years ago found for us 3 beds room house and last year I called to find for us a bigger house with swimming pool. Really on both times Susan was very professional agent, she always answering to all our questions, you can tell she knows what she is doing, I know we were a little picky and she works with us for more than a year and trust me she showed us more than 50 houses or more and she was always worked with pleasure at the end we found what we need. She did a record she sold our old house in 24 hrs. We have to tell her thank you.
