Susan Busch

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Listen to your realtor, they are the expert. Every market and every state is different.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Listen to your realtor, they are the expert. The market sets the price sellers and realtors may want a certain amount - but the market is the market and will dictate the sale price.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

All - buyers, sellers, investors

Q: 4. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My grandfather was an investor, my mom was a realtor - it's in my blood.

Q: 5. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have been an investor since 1990. I have watched and followed the real estate market a very long time and watch things up, down, up, sideways...also was in insurance claims over 20+ years prior to becoming a realtor, and that has benefited me greatly. I am constantly training - Education is Power for my clients. And as an investor have done 1031 Transactions which save my clients tax money. I LOVE what I do.

Susan Busch 6 years ago found for us 3 beds room house and last year I called to find for us a bigger house with swimming pool. Really on both times Susan was very professional agent, she always answering to all our questions, you can tell she knows what she is doing, I know we were a little picky and she works with us for more than a year and trust me she showed us more than 50 houses or more and she was always worked with pleasure at the end we found what we need. She did a record she sold our old house in 24 hrs. We have to tell her thank you.

From the start Sue Busch was by all means helpful, kind, understanding, and with all my confidence can say she knows what shes talking about. Being a first time home buyer I couldnt ask for a better realtor! I had so many questions, concerns, and doubts Sue took time EVERYDAY to help me settle my mind and thoughts so that I was NEVER lost in anyway. My wife loved her my children loved her, she honestly felt like family! There were certain things like repairs that we wanted from the seller, that at first they didnt want to fix. Sue told me Ill take care of it let me work. She went to bat for us and ended up getting EVERYTHING we wanted! Blown away by her people skills and work ethic. I can guarantee that if anyone chooses Sue as their realtor itll be a memory youll cherish and person youll never forget!

She told me she would treat me like she would her daughter looking for a home. She was so honest and so helpful. She knew the area very well, listened to the details I wanted, and was always reachable.

Susan Busch (Sue) is an excellent realtor. I used her services to buy investment properties. In the very first meeting, she fully understood my ideas, requirements and she came up with a plan, where to focus, which kind of properties are suitable based on my criteria. She has immaculate local real estate knowledge and very quick in responding to my questions. She takes initiate to send the details and call me back each time, even if, I some time forgets. On top, her negotiation skill is excellent. She knows how the aEURoepricingaEUR? and aEURoeasking priceaEUR? works and I followed her direction and it worked. She is a aEURoefriendly neighborhood realtoraEUR? and she know what a home owner or an investor wants. In one occasion, even the seller of the property I bought appreciated that, aEURoeshe takes care of the buyer and I need such realtoraEUR?! In short, I strongly recommend Sue to all home buyers and sellers. You wont regret!
