Fathom realty

Met with Jeremy to list our home. He understood we wanted to sell quickly as we already found our next home. He suggested the things we could improve upon to help it sell as well as the things we shouldn't spend our time or effort on. He was very down to earth, open and honest with us.

Excellent guy! Works hard to show you properties no matter where or when. Has great knowledge of the area and reasons quickly to requests and questions! I'm hoping my next move is my last but if not, I'll engage Jeremy in a heart beat.

Had a viewing arranged this past Saturday and he was a no show. No contact to let me know, no answer when I was trying to reach him and no apology afterwards either. I missed out on a property I was really interested in, as it was in contract the following day. Avoid this realtor and his disrespectful and unprofessional behavior!

The kindest, smartest, and friendliest agent we could have asked for to help us find our perfect home. She listened to our needs and found homes that fit all aspects of our wish list. I cannot articulate in enough words how amazing Kristy was for us! I look forward to buying our next home or the one after that because we have the best agent in Columbus, and I know she will be right there to help us through the entire process!

My fiance and I were looking for our first home and Kristy went above and beyond to help us along our journey. She made every step of the process very easy for us during our search, escrow, and even after closing. Could not be happier with our new home and our experience working with Kristy!
