ZillowVERIFIEDHad a viewing arranged this past Saturday and he was a no show. No contact to let me know, no answer when I was trying to reach him and no apology afterwards either. I missed out on a property I was really interested in, as it was in contract the following day. Avoid this realtor and his disrespectful and unprofessional behavior!

ZillowVERIFIED Met with Jeremy to list our home. He understood we wanted to sell quickly as we already found our next home. He suggested the things we could improve upon to help it sell as well as the things we shouldn't spend our time or effort on. He was very down to earth, open and honest with us.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent guy! Works hard to show you properties no matter where or when. Has great knowledge of the area and reasons quickly to requests and questions! I'm hoping my next move is my last but if not, I'll engage Jeremy in a heart beat.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought the perfect house for our family with Jeremy's help, he knew the area we were hoping to live in. He was very knowledgeable about houses in general as far as the construction and what would need done if we purchased certain homes. And he was very quick and eager to meet with us when new homes came on the market and helped walk us through the entire negotiating process! I have recommended him to several of our closest friends and family and he has helped walk them successfully through the home buying process as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was so helpful for our first home buying experience. He was patient while we searched for the perfect house. He was very conscious of our budget and our needs. He also was very knowledgeable of our options for the home buying process and also was able to point out any flaws in a potential home. He made buying our first home enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We will absolutely be using him again when it is time to bug our next home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy Davis provided us with an honest and sincere service when it came to finding us a home. He didn't give up when we thought we had lost our chance at our dream home and what do you know we ended up getting the house! His array of professionals ranged from a handyman to a thorough and efficient house inspector. Not only would we recommend Jeremy Davis, we'll be going back to him every time we make a purchase or sell because of his quality as a realtor. If you're looking for a realtor that has your best interests in mind, go with Jeremy! We had thought buying a house would be stressful but it wasn't, and that's because we had the best realtor to help us navigate. Down to earth, always available, and very helpful (he even brought the house keys to my job so we could get into our house sooner) Jeremy goes the extra mile even when he doesn't have to. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I have used Jeremy Davis as a realtor. He first helped me purchase said house and then I called him the minute I was ready to sell. Jeremy is upfront and honest, always tells you how it is, and will do whatever he can to get the best situation for the people he represents. Jeremy answers every phone call and makes every attempt to work with your schedule. With his Military and VA experience it gives him an extra tool in the bag that sets him apart from other realtors who rarely dabble in this area. He has a list of people no matter the loan that he will contact and make sure you are taken care of right. After everything I consider Jeremy Davis my friend and would recommend him to anyone in search of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was a wonderful realtor. He went out of his way to show us houses in every side of the city, until we found our first home. He helped calm me down when I thought we were not going to get the house and has stayed in touch with us ever since! We have been living here for 4 years and are not going anywhere anytime soon, but if we did, we would call up Jeremy again!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy has been a very helpful realtor. If it weren't for his patience and his knowledge I don't think we would have had the house of our dreams! I would recommend him to everyone in Ohio, If I could in all 50 states. He is our first realtor and last I wouldn't trade him for the world!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was very helpful through the whole process, even when I was not happy with the lender. :) He made it all about me and was concerned with me, making sure I was always happy and I was his first priority. He was very knowledgable and would get me an answer quickly if he was not sure. He had open communication and did well with dealing with me. :) He not only found us a house, but a home. He always had my back!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy is a true professional. He went far outside the normal responsibilities of a Realtor to make sure my house was marketed aggressively and followed through to closing. Get passed his young looks. He knows the market in the area, has established a solid group of contacts for any work that may be needed, (my house needed some work) and clearly understands the art of negations. I would highly recommend his services, I am glad he was on my side. And he is also a combat veteran.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was great! He was very patient with us, as me and my husband had quite a few requests in buying our first home. He made sure he found us a house with everything on our list! For every question we had, he had an answer. Even when we had negotiations, he went to bat for us to save us the most money possible...which is much appreciated as some realtors can be real snakes. We were happy to work with Jeremy & would recommend him to anyone!!!
