Fathom Realty

Mrs Ilanit Geffre was extremely helpful in our forever home. We knew what we wanted and she insured we didnt have to settle. She was constantly searching for any houses that just came on the market and found us the perfect forever home. She was always available to answer our questions and since we have purchased our new home and moved in, she has remained in touch to insure all our questions were answered and our needs met. She is extremely professional and a top notch agent. Highly recommend

Ilanit is very knowledgeable in home buying and selling. Shes very friendly and easy to work with. I absolutely enjoyed working with her and she goes the extra for you.

Ilanit Klang-Geffre was very responsive and went out if her way for us. She listed and sold and also helped us buy our next home. We will strongly consider her services in our next real estate transactions.

Ilanit was with me throughout the whole process, from beginning to think about purchasing a home all the way through the closing. Extremely easy to work with, listened to me when I told her my wants and needs, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for

Ilanit was an comsomate professional realtor! She worked with us remotely in NJ, and twice when we came down to Sarasota to look for our snowbird home. She truly listens to the wants/needs of her clients, always respectful of their budget, and also willing to let them venture out of their comfort zone. She provided guidance and lots of helpful hints that went a long way in helping us find and ultimately purchase our snowbird condo!
