ZillowVERIFIEDThank you Michael Amerine and Maciek Zaremba and the Keller Williams Classic Group for helping me purchase a great home in Nokomis, FL! They were awesome to work with even over the Christmas holidays. We quickly found the right property for my family and I and we closed in a month! I would highly recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED To say Maciek is available 24/7 is an understatement as he answered one of our e mails (to which we were expecting a reply Monday morning) at midnight on a friday night . We had capital gain issues being Canadians where the capital gain taxes would have been deducted immediately at closing but again he referred us to a conscientious lady lawyer who was extremely helpful in solving our problems. He also recommended trustworthy trade professionals for renovations to our new home. Maciek is a true professional

ZillowVERIFIED What stood out most is his honesty, integrity, and being in my corner. His experience in the local market was very high, and has the track record in real estate sales. He was very responsive to us, and very efficient. When selling our house, he not only did professional photography, but also a really fancy video that reached over 10,000 people. The result? Sold in 4 days! We have found our realtor for life and we will be doing business again. We will be doing business together again.

ZillowVERIFIED Maciek went above and beyond helping us sell our house and we are extremely happy with working with him. Maciek looked after our house when we had to move to Chicago- he arranged a lawn service to mow our grass, he cleaned our house when it got dirty, he went out of his way to help us when the City of Sarasota had an issue with a permit on our house, he even went to the Court Room himself simply as a favor to us! He always took the time to explain everything in great detail of the sale of our house, and we felt completely comfortable the day our house sold. We will definitely be using Maciek again when we are ready to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Met Maciek by chance before I really even started looking for a home, and it worked out perfectly because he was basically real estate jesus... He made miracles happen for me throughout my home buying process. He was always on it the second a new house would be posted and was always availabe quickly to show them. He knew exactly what i was looking for and only showed me those houses and didn't try to push me into something if i wasn't feeling it. He explained the whole process simply, and kept me informed and in the loop during all stages. He knew the market and also was very knowledgeable about repairs and costs. In the end found the absolute perfect house. Could not recommend anybody more

ZillowVERIFIED Maciek is very personable and professional . He sold my condo which was a difficult property to sell. Maciek never gave up on selling it. His determination, persistence and follow thru ended in a successful sale. I have worked with quite a few realtors. Maciek is my top realtor and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED My new home would not be mine without Maciek Zaremba. It was a short sale, the owners lived out of the country and did not care if it went into foreclosure. Not only did Maciek talk them into agreeing to the sale, and their bank in accepting the sale a priority, he coordinated their trip (by plane) to the closest U.S. Embassy to sign the papers. That was just the beginning, when it went to mortgage appraiser, the country records where not updated with previous construction and my home was deemed "complicated" and "unlendable". My broker was ready to give up but Maciek went to the county that day! and convinced the appraiser to come out , inspect, then go back to office to update my files that day! We had a few more bumps in the road, in fact all involved said it was one of the most challenging sales in their career. Maciek was with me the entire time, calming me, the owners, the mortgage broker and even the title company as we closed on the last day possible, a Friday of a holiday weekend and we did it with minutes to spare! In my opinion Maciek is the perfect agent and you know he has your best interest. He is intelligent, hardworking and trustworthy. Living in Sarasota his life, he knows the neigbhorhoods and has a great network of professionals & people needed for a new owner.

ZillowVERIFIED Maciek went above and beyond in helping us find the house that perfectly fit us! From our initial meeting, he focused on our lifestyles, housing needs and budget. We looked at lots properties and he took our input to hone in on what we really wanted. It's hard to find people that will take the time out of their busy schedules and make you a priority, Maciek does this.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently moved to Florida. We rented for a year and then decided to buy a home. We chose Maciek after a friend highly recommended him. Maciek made the purchase of a home both enjoyable and smooth. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful when searching for homes. His extensive experience in rentals was also very helpful in the buying process. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a home and even helped us find a quality lender and insurance company. He even came over to help us paint before we moved in. Who does that? Looking back on the whole experience we not only gained a great realtor but a friend as well.
