My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and we had the smoothest and most fun experience we could have asked for working with Rula as our realtor! Rula was very personable (yet still professional) from the start. She made it a point to get to know us and listen to what we were looking for when it came to buying our first house. We also had very busy schedules at the time that we began our house-hunt and Rula was very flexible and willing to accommodate our schedules in whatever way was necessary. She kept in mind our likes and dislikes as we went from house to house and helped us be thoughtful and intentional in our decision-making. Rula was truly an advocate for us and we felt like she had our best interest in mind throughout the process. Rula secured a great deal for us on a house we are thrilled to call our own. We definitely recommend working with her and would seek out her services again in the future!

The Fass Team is awesome! I want to thank everyone of them -you are all so very helpful! I especially want to thank Megan for having Desiree Gribschaw contact me in my continued quest to find my forever home. Well, Desiree MADE IT HAPPEN! Once I described what I wanted- location - price and amenities- she zeroed in - and very carefully selected a couple of condos - we toured 2 - and she made me realize I could be more open to new ideas. She can walk through a living space and because of her enormous talent - and years of experience- she can reconfigure a layout - colors - flooring etc. and Desiree opened a new world to me! Once we found my condo - she has followed through on every detailaEUR?every single aspect of setting up appointments with knowledgeable professionals - to give me estimates of needed repairs - and those Final touches I want to make it mine! I truly value her interest in my well being through this process. Thank you for everything- your enthusiasm for life is contagious! Oh, and we are both from Louisiana - and had great fun reminiscing about crawfish - King Cakes- and The Academy! Loving Life!
