UPDATED: Lynn helped us buy our first house in 2014. When we decided to sell that house, we couldn't imagine wanting anyone else but Lynn to help us sell it. With Lynn's input, we prepared to list the house, and she really took care of the rest. She helped us set our asking price effectively, and we ended up getting a little bit more than we expected. She stayed on top of the whole process, and made everything easy. She's officially 2 for 2 in our book, and if we end up buying in Rhode Island again, we'll go for the hat trick. Here's my original review from 2014, which my wife and I still stand by:We were/are first-time homebuyers, and Lynn Brosnahan was referred to us by our loan officer. From our very first meeting, Lynn was both extremely receptive to our wants, and knowledgeable about the myriad options available to us. Rather than just showing us a narrow list of choices, Lynn was creative and thoughtful in finding and presenting a range of options that really gave us an education on our options. Her guidance was extremely helpful, and never overbearing or pressuring.On scheduling, Lynn was flexible, and helped us squeeze meetings and showings in tight windows. On showings, she helped us ask smart questions and take notice of various details throughout the houses to help us assess their true condition. On the house we ended up buying, we spotted it the day it was listed thanks to her daily email updates, and were able to be the first (and we think the only) buyers to see it before we put in an offer. Had she not accommodated our requests so quickly, it is very possible we could have lost the house, or been run up against other interested buyers. We interacted regularly through email and texts as well as phone calls, and Lynn is quick to respond to messages at all hours. Throughout the process, Lynn clearly wanted to help us not only find the perfect home for our needs and budget, but also to help us decide what we really wanted and needed out of a perfect home. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we have Lynn to thank for our success!
