She is very trustworthy and knowledgeable, and she always responded quickly to any questions I had during both transactions. She understands how important (and stressful) selling a home and buying a new one can be for her clients. She was a valuable resource for me when I was making decisions along the way, and she is a great negotiator. I really appreciated her style. She is not pushy, but she gives it to you straight. And she is fun to work with too. She helped make sure everything went smoothly. I plan to work with her again the next time I move.

On the sale, he helped price it right and didnt overcomplicate things. We got good interest pretty quickly and the process moved without a bunch of unnecessary back and forth. On the buying side, he understood how competitive the market is here and didnt push me into bad deals just to close something. He helped me stay patient and go after properties that actually made sense as rentals. He was easy to get ahold of, stayed on top of things, and kept everything moving when timing mattered.
