My experience with Kelly DeBrosse was simply amazing! Kelly did a wonderful job in understanding my needs, and spent an enormous amount of time searching (daily) for a home for me. We used Kelly to sell our home. Our experience with her was mostly negative and we wouldn't recommend her based on our experience. We felt like we were not a priority and speed appeared to be the number one goal and not sustaining a relationship. We wanted to be educated along the way and to understand what was expected of us and her. Patience was not her strength and that caused her frustration and us. It removed all trust we had hoped to build on all sides. When it came to working through the due-diligence period, we felt she tried to encourage us to cater to the buyer's every wish without taking into consideration our own best interests and what was actually needed to still keep the deal in tact to save us money. Her new association with the buyers agent seemed to be her first priority. She even threatened us of being in breach of contract because after many accommodated inspections, a buyer walk through couldn't be accommodated on the day/time they requested. Looking back on the experience, we felt like she wasn't exclusively in our corner. The most telling action of what sums up who she is as a person and professional (in our opinion) would be after closing she said absolutely nothing to me our my spouse. Not even a thank you...Not even by text. This made us feel like all she truly cared about was getting her paycheck.
