While every Buyer comes to the decision of purchasing home in a different way it is crucial for all Buyers to begin the process by outlining what they want the final outcome to look like financially speaking. Once the financial questions are answered the next step is to determine the timing. These two critical pieces if handled at the beginning can lay the groundwork for a low stress process that flows smoothly through fruition.

Very similar to a Buyer I would recommend gathering all of the financial details first. For a Seller, instead of speaking with a lender this should be done by gathering facts on the home's condition. Using this data to compare to the SOLD properties that are similar and gauge a baseline of value in the properties current condtion. Now having that baseline I would move to getting quote of any work the home a Buyer might perceive it being in need of to achieve the highest market value. All of these facts and figures will go into play when determining what should be done based on the highest rate of return for the funds invested.

After 23 years of selling real esteate I feel I have worked with all types of clients from investment, to corporate, families upsizning, downsizing, family compounds being built on large tracts of land, small subdivisions, 1031 & 1039 exchanges,.

Recently I assisted a wonderful family in selling their deceased families estate. The difficulty in these sorts of transactions is the might emotional toil it can take on the family. In this case we were able to fully assist the out of state family members with the sale from start to finish without any of the members having to fly to town. They were very appreciative of all of the extra time and effort that went into making that happen for them and felt it took an enormous emitional and physical burden off of them during this difficult time.

I didn't remember the agent that represented me on my first home purchase. At the time I didn't think much about it but later when my neighbor placed his home up for sale I asked him how he would know what to do to sell the home? He recommended some real estate classes. Shortly thereaftwer we were visiting with some friends at dinner and the husband and wife were both lenders; through that conversation I gained more insight into the field of real estate. Then when my youngest was about 1 year old I decided to take the real estate course and fell in love right away with absolutely everything about what I was learning. It became a passion from that time on. I stil credit my first teacher Kim Frye; she was absolutely fantasic!

As a licesed professional Realtor I hold myself to higher standards than we are given. In addition the the ongoing CE that is required myself and my large group are constantly seeking out special education and trainings to keep abreast of the market statewide, nationally and how the economy, technology and politcs are an ongoing tide within which we must constantly navigate. My personal background in psychology has been an enormous asset over the course of my career. Technology plays a large role is what we do as agents to constantly keep our listings relevant to the market's demand. Large companies have come into our field and positioned themselves as "FSBO" meaning they have little to no oversight and do not have the publics best interest in mind. This is also a topic that we meet and train on to keep abreast of how the public is perceiving the changes and being able to navigate them for our clients.
