Janet did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my new home. Her expertise and knowledge of the housing market was instrumental in determining the correct purchase price for the area that I was interested in. Janet was very involved from the beginning of my home purchasing journey. She is very reliable. Always gave great advice and checks-in regularly. Janet is your Real Estate guardian Angel getting you through the stressful process of home ownership.

I was a big fan of Renting over Owning. Things changed _and JONI grabbed that chance, convinced me with solid informations, guidance. Helped me navigate 3-4 months long complex and multidimensional journey of becoming a HOME OWNER in NY. Knowledgeable and Experienced, highly recommend if anyone interested in buying or selling Joni is the BEST.

Joni has been amazing since day one. She was patient with our needs and even when we were hesitant about the whole process never rushed us, talked to us with patience, very knowledgeable explained us everything, helped us matched the right people on throughout the process. Highly recommend her.

JoniRose is a great agent to work with. She was extremely helpful during the process as we were first time home buyers. She walked us through the process and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend JoniRose and will work with her in the future if I buy another property in the future.
