ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were ready to sell our house, but weren?t ready for the home selling process. We had never done it before, had no idea what it even looked like, and no idea where to start?then came Joni. Joni flew in like the superhero we needed and began the selling process us, detailing everything we needed to know from day one. We?re sure the process in reality is daunting, but Joni made it seem super easy, to the point where my wife and I began asking ourselves, ?wait, that?s it?? That?s how good Joni is! From listing our house for the first time, staging it for photo shoots that made our listing significantly stand out from others in the area, scheduling open houses, vetting potential buyers, and keeping us informed throughout the whole contract process, Joni was on top of it all, not once did we ever feel worried. Now that we?ve closed on the sale and moved out, we realize we had such an easy time because of Joni?s unbeatable expertise in the field. She?s a rockstar and you need her if you want to sell your house!

ZillowVERIFIED JoniRose is the absolute best! I met Joni about 2 years ago, and we ended up finding a house very fast, things changed and it fell through but she never stopped communicating with me even though we had to take a break from looking/buying for a over a year.. here we are almost 2 years later and we just closed! Joni was always so helpful and honest with every house we looked at. I knew we could trust her opinion and invaluable advice. She wasn't trying to just sell us any house, she made sure we would find one we love that fit our needs. I met other agents before her and was unimpressed and stressed, the second we met Joni we knew we got lucky and found a great honest, and reliable agent. She held our hands through the whole process and the 50 million questions we had. She made sure nothing was missed along the way. We are so lucky to have found her! I could go on and on, but I'll stop! I already miss house hunting with her! Thank you Joni, all who are reading this, don't hesitate, use Joni!

ZillowVERIFIED If I had to describe Joni with one word, it would be exceptional. As first time home buyers, she really guided us through the whole home buying process. She understood the things we wanted in a house and gave us plenty of options to choose from. During the home showings, she pointed out things to look out for and also gave insight on the potential of the houses. When we got our offer accepted, she really advocated for us especially during the negotiations. It was a long process but I'm so grateful to have Joni with us the whole time. Long story short, I highly recommended Joni for your home buying needs.

ZillowVERIFIED What can we say about Joni, she is the best! From the very onset, she was keen on building a great partnership with us; identifying our preferences and non-negotiables. Joni is very knowledgeable about all things real estate. She made our first buying experience a breeze. Not to mention, our bid won despite the long line of buyers at the open house as well as existing offers, in a very tight market. Go with Joni - you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED JoniRose was one of the many realtors I spoke with during my search for a house. I must say she made me feel so comfortable. The attention she gave during house search is amazing. She pays attention to every detail you want and makes sure you get exactly what you want. During the height of the pandemic Joni was able to find my family the perfect home virtually electronically without even meeting until the walk-through , which was days before closing. I would without any doubt recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We didn't have a buyers agent, Joni Rose was basically hand given the entire deal. We approached her, we did all the work. Did she bother to be honest at any point in this transaction as a dual agent, no. I would suggest never work with her because she is a fake, a manipulator and overall liar. Her client didnt service the boiler (even though we requested this in our contract), her client didnt even clean the house during this Covid pandemic, her client didnt even flush the toiler. When I told her a piece in the bathroom was loose, her answer was oh that very simple, you can just caulk it, during a walk through. And then has the audacity to give me recommendations for people to work on our home. She lies while looking straight at your face. Definitely unprofessional.

ZillowVERIFIED Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, responsive, funny to name just a few! Over the past several months ( COVID-19 and all) Joni, as we fondly call her has become part of our family. Not only has she shared her knowledge but we gained a lot of knowledge and insight into the world of home ownership. As first time home buyers Joni was exactly who we needed, she understood the special dynamics and needs of our family. Her extensive knowledge about areas and the different types of homes along with the pro and cons of both were especially helpful. She has extensive design insight!??. ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to JoniRose we found our perfect house. Being first time home buyers we were clueless about the home buying process. JoniRose helped us every step of the way. She was knowledgeable about the LI neighborhoods we were interested in and had great suggestions for other neighborhoods. She was also persistent and professional. (Plus funny!)When we were house hunting JoniRose told us what to look for and she asked the seller/realtor questions we never thought to ask. Whenever we had questions or concerns JoniRose always made sure to answer or alleviate the concerns we had. (She even answered our late night phone calls!) We felt like JoniRose was always on our side and looking out for our best interest. We would definitely recommend JoniRose to anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Being first time home buyers and completely new to this process, JoniRose was extremely helpful and necessary for us. Joni has a great deal of knowledge in the Valley Stream and Long Island home market. We gave Joni a list of houses we wanted to see and she was able to schedule many viewings in one day. When we didn't like any of them, she was able to tailor our next search for houses to our liking. At that point we didn't even know what we wanted, but Joni did.If you're looking for someone who knows the market, is very responsive and can get you in the home you want, Joni is the agent for you.
