Brandy was amazing!For first time home buyers she is great person to work with! Brandy was there to answer any questions that were had! Brandy was a blessing. Ive worked with a couple other realtors in the past but they weren't as good as her. We loved how open her schedule was because that was an issue with a previous realtor we had worked with. Our schedule is very busy so she told us any time of the day or night she would be available and she was. That was really important to us. She was also very quick to respond to questions. She wasn't pushy when it came to deciding if we wanted to put in an offer, she really wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. She was very knowledgeable about the houses we were walking into and if there was anything she didnt know, then she was always quick to get an answer to us. We had a really great experience buying and selling our old house with her. I will definitely use her in the future.

Matt is genuinely the best realtor Ive ever met! We had a rough experience buying our first home with an unaffiliated realtor. We really wish we knew Matt sooner! He was patient enough to look at as many homes as we wanted, encouraged us to take our time making a decision, and fought for us during negotiation. One thing that really stood out to me was the way he called us and went through any contracts line by line before submitting them so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. There was nothing hidden or shady about business with him; he was honest, up-front, and on our side. If he hadnt helped us buy our forever home, wed use him again in a heartbeat. Well definitely continue recommending him to friends and family though!
