ZillowVERIFIED Matt was simply the best, He contacted me one day out of the blue to follow up on if we were ready to start our home search and it just so happened we were ready. I gave him some areas of interest and what we were looking for and he immediately started sending us listing we would let him know which ones seemed to be what we were looking for and he came back to us quickly with a schedule of viewings. He looked through the homes with us pointing out things he noticed asked if I noticed, and was very transparent, and gave his honest opinion. Read us very well and could tell when we didn't like something and would even said this is not the one before we did. Most importantly once the right home was found Matt didn't stop there he worked diligently with us and the financing, appraisal process, and helped us through the entire process. Matt never put us off, never acted as we were a bother to him, he was there for us the whole time and we greatly appreciate him. Matt is not only our realtor we now consider Matt a friend, and would highly recommend him to anyone whether they are looking for a $50k to however high you are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my 6th home purchase, so I have successfully worked with a few realtors in the past and knew what I was looking for. I had started the process of home shopping in Dayton with another agent who has BRILLIANT local knowledge, but just was not getting it done for me in responsiveness and directness of communication. After a delay of over 24 hours in writing/submitting an offer Id been ready to write on the afternoon of my showing, I made the decision to look elsewhere. I reached out to Matt (recommended by my lender), and was able to quickly lay the groundwork for a solid working relationship. I sent Matt notes on all the homes I had seen, and asked for his impressions for new listings, since I was shopping from out of town and needed an extra person to say JUMP to make the drive for something special. Matt quickly learned my taste and made himself available based on my availability. The home I ended up purchasing with his help is a perfect match for what I was looking for, we made an offer the day it went on the market, and Matt did an excellent job of following up with the listing agent, inspections, and my lender. While I have experience with this process and know to stay on top of deadlines and dates, I feel I would have had no trouble keeping up with them with Matt and his teams help. Matt was available via phone, text, and email, but email was the best bet for most discussions!

For me, I was finally financially able to afford to purchase a home and had the income to support the obligations ownership entails. Renting was becoming untenable. As a young man myself I had to find trust in a realtor that was going to be able to help me and not underestimate me for being young. Matt and I looked for houses over a 1 total of about 15 houses. We saw all of the houses even though sometimes I had no intention of buying a certain house Matt was willing to come offer a tour and see what options Id like and see what I could do in the housing market. ZillowVERIFIED Every house I wanted to see Jessica made it happen, and quick. Knowing houses don't stay on the market long, she was on the spot and never deterred me from seeing a house. Even houses I liked but was not sure, she never pressured me to buy. She worked with me for appointmently 2 years. Then I found the house. It was sold AS- IS. BUT the chimney needed some repairs. I asked her to ask the sellers if they would meet me close to halfway on the repair. I don't know how she did it, but called back in about 3 hours. The sellers are going to pay for the repair - taking ot off the sale price. If I sell and buy another house, I will be calling her. I also highly recommend her to anyone in the housing market.
