We needed a realtor because we were planning on moving to Twin Cities area to get our only child more help with his autism. Chris was referred to us by the realtor in the Cities that we had started working with up there. Chris did a great job showing us what houses in our area that were similar to ours were selling for and gave us a rough idea what we could get. He explained to us what needed to be done to get the house ready for pictures and showing it. Chris brought in his great photographer (sorry, I can't remember his name) who took amazing pictures and videos. In the end we were very blessed that the day it hit the market we had an offer that afternoon. We were able to sell the house for what we wanted. Also, we had to leave before certain things needed to be done and Chris took care of them for us. He made sure the crew was able to come into the house to install a radon pump and he took care of signing papers on our behalf with the title company.
