Let me start off by saying Justin was a great realtor. You can stop reading now or continue, but you won't go wrong having him as your realtor. I received a flyer from Justin at a house that I rented on a visit to Santa Barbara, where I'd been planning to move back to for years. I didn't know anything about him but things unfolded in a wonderful way. I called him soon after receiving his flyer and for what probably seemed like an eternity to him, I would contact him about properties and the market in general. Justin was kind, patient, professional, prompt, thorough, and I've probably left some great qualities out. Indeed, he missed at least two fairly major family events to facilitate my home buying process: I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Justin was instrumental for me to look in a part of town that I'd never even heard of but now reside in and love. He went into a cat-infested house (more than a dozen) on the off chance that it would be suitable, but wasn't: sorry Justin. Since I was living a fair distance out of town, I wanted to make as few trips as possible and Justin made that happen. Justin made it possible for me to move back to a town that I've loved since the minute I landed here in a house that I love in a neighborhood that I love. You'd be lucky to have Justin as your realtor!

Justin is the best! Been working together over 10 years now. From speedy response time to professional strategy, Justin is always on it. I'd never hesitate to trust him with my deal. He cares for me and my future as much as his own. He organizes, advises, coordinates, follows up, invites, and negotiates so so well. And he basically knows everyone who's anyone in town. His social events are super cool and considerate with a family centered vibe. And his character worthy of the best company. I'd highly recommend Justin, from many many experiences working with him, as well as spending time with him bonding on the golf course a few times. Justin as a great asset to the community. We recently helped a person get her home ready to sell, but since it was the home she gre up in, she was very difficult to deal with. Justin was patient with her changing her mind all the time and getting mad at everyone, but everything finally worked out. He was even able to get her into a new place when it was time for her to leave. With Justin and his financial assistant working with her, everything worked out smoothly.
