ZillowVERIFIEDLet me start off by saying Justin was a great realtor. You can stop reading now or continue, but you won't go wrong having him as your realtor. I received a flyer from Justin at a house that I rented on a visit to Santa Barbara, where I'd been planning to move back to for years. I didn't know anything about him but things unfolded in a wonderful way. I called him soon after receiving his flyer and for what probably seemed like an eternity to him, I would contact him about properties and the market in general. Justin was kind, patient, professional, prompt, thorough, and I've probably left some great qualities out. Indeed, he missed at least two fairly major family events to facilitate my home buying process: I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Justin was instrumental for me to look in a part of town that I'd never even heard of but now reside in and love. He went into a cat-infested house (more than a dozen) on the off chance that it would be suitable, but wasn't: sorry Justin. Since I was living a fair distance out of town, I wanted to make as few trips as possible and Justin made that happen. Justin made it possible for me to move back to a town that I've loved since the minute I landed here in a house that I love in a neighborhood that I love. You'd be lucky to have Justin as your realtor!

That happens sometimes.But Justin knew what I wanted and what did not interest me. With that knowledge and information, he created a custom profile that would automatically send me e-mails of new listings as they came to market, potentially fulfilling aspects of my search. This was such a great tool for me to be able to review what was currently available and especially to see the prices so I could compare prices against features. Ultimately this is what led to the purchase of my home that contained all that I wanted (and more!) for a price that reflected the value of my purchase.However, Justin's care and attention did not end there. As a first time home buyer, I needed a certain amount of hand-holding and he was patient, knowledgeable, and honest which was quintessential. As he walked us through the process of finding the right home at the right price in Solvang and the sale of our manufactured home in Santa Barbara, he was constant in keeping us up to date with progress and diligent in bringing in buyers for our home. Justin was entering a fairly new type of transaction for him, that of mobile home parks and remained diligent in learning and conveying the nuances of that market during a difficult phase in the overall market at the time. He was very quick to respond to phone calls or email messages at all times of the day and night and I would often get new leads from him close to midnight. He seems to have a good relationship with other agents in his field and was able to negotiate for us to get the house we wanted.
