JJ Johannes was an excellent realtor who made the process of selling our home go smoothly after we moved out of state. His video recording of the comparative market analysis was very helpful as we could re-watch parts of it when we had questions. He also discovered discrepancies between our condo's previous square footage sales listings and the actual square footage of our condo as listed on the assessor's website which allowed us to set a higher asking price and showed us that he had thoroughly researched our property.
