eXp Realty of California Inc.

Richard was absolutely phenomenal.. I live in Minnesota and my parents lived in Temecula CA, due to their age I wanted them out here close to me. I was connected with Richard and he walked me thru everything and how it was going to look like and made the transition seamless right from the start. We finally received our offer that we were wanting on the house, and he was very knowledgeable and everything went smooth. He is very responsive and will answer any questions you have. We just closed on my parents house today and everything went absolutely amazing.. Richard was one of the best realtors I have ever worked with

Five stars is not enough. This man went above and beyond to help my family and get into our new home. He was wonderful. He understood the situation which was so difficult. He made it fun while he showed me homes. He was amazing. He still looked out for us, even after everything was done this man was amazing. Did I say that he was amazing I just appreciate all his hard work and effort and helping us get into our new home this was the best experience Richard thank you so much.

Richard is very easy to work with! He treated our rental as if it was his. He isnt there to just throw a warm body in a rental. He meticulously does the necessary research on credit scores, income, etc. Everybody he has found for our rental, has paid us on time, and no issues. We have heard so many nightmares on being a landlord and so far only have had one incident and that was on the tenant who didnt return our home the way she received it at the start of the lease. Thats all we want, someone to take care of our property in the manner one would and return it to us in the same condition and they get their entire deposit back. You can hire Richard with the complete confidence he will find you someone with the right fit. We have been working with him now for over 10 years and we completely put our trust in him to find us the right tenants!! You will not go wrong in hiring Richard to perform any real estate transaction you are needing.

Richard completely changed my view on realtors. If youre looking for someone who is going to work FOR you, be your advocate, and do everything possible to meet your needs, look no further. Richard went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. Fast and clear communication. No nonsense work ethic. He listens and understands your needs and does whats best for you, not his wallet. His experience and skills are obvious from the moment you meet him. We had a sensitive situation that required special care and he executed flawlessly. 10/10 for no games and making this a smooth experience for my family!

Richard promptly handled my home sale within a month of my house falling out of escrow. He did a great job and handled EVERYTHING from start to finish, as I was in the Philippines. I am very grateful to him that I can get along with my life. I could not have done it without him.
