After a phone call, we scheduled an in-person meeting so he could get to know our family and see the house. During that visit, we shared our interest in a new build, but the builder didnt accept contingency offers. Richard offered to reach out on our behalf, and to our surprise, he convinced the builder to accept their first-ever contingency. We were thrilled. We immediately listed our home. Richard connected us with professionals to handle touch-ups, deep cleaning, and interior design, and within six days we received and accepted an offer.
