Chris is responsive and straight forward. He is quick to see the details in a home that you might miss. Chris has excellent negotiation skills and was the best agent to have while we were purchasing a For Sale By Owner. Highly recommend Chris and can?t say enough good things about him.

My ex hubby and I switched over to Jay and his team from another broker, to help sell our condo in Morro Bay. We appreciated his quick and clear communication, and his advice on how to move forward with the rough situation that we were in. He is so pleasant to speak with and always respond in a timely manner. He is just an all around good guy, someone you want on your team. His assistant, Kelly, was also great to work with. We just knew we were in good hands with Jay and his team. They got our place sold and closed faster than we could have imagined, after our condo had been sitting unsold for the last year. Thank you Jay and team!
