eXp Realty of California, Inc.

CC is great! She handled everything from renovations to staging to showing and closing; all seamlessly and for an out-of-town owner, me. CC managed all transactions with buyer and their agent, negotiated up and not down, and we essentially sold the unit the first week on the market for more than asking. Professional, courteous, responsive, patient and intelligent. Ticks all the boxes. I could not have completed this sale without CC, 110% solid recommendation.

Working with CC was such a great experience. She is very informative, patient, and truly looks out for your best interest throughout the entire process. I appreciated how honest and transparent she was with the numbers, which made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. She never pressured me into making decisions and always took the time to review comps carefully to help me make an appropriate and competitive offer. What stood out most was how strongly she advocated for me and made sure my needs were a priority. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor.

CC was a rockstar for us in our home sale. She always kept us informed and was an amazing advocate for us in the negotiation process. Her experience and professionalism helped us stay calm in the higher stress moments of the sale. If youre looking for a great realtor in the greater San Diego areaaEUR| CC is the one!

I am currently working with Cynthia "CC", who is representing me as I sell my San Diego condo. She's been my agent the last 1-2 months since I listed, and I accepted a great offer last week. CC is everything I could hope for as a SD realtor/broker. She is a clear communicator. She is proactive. She does a good job of letting you know what to anticipate throughout the process so you have the information you need to make the quick decisions commonly required during a property sale & move. Also, as her own broker with a team of experts and consultants at her/your fingertips, is makes things easy that CC is the primary point of contact for all aspects of your sale (or purchase!) I am confident working with CC because I know she has what's best for me as her north star throughout this process. Her commitment, flexibility, responsiveness are second to none. The care she takes with her marketing plans, the strategies she presents, and her deep roots in the broader SD community make her an excellent choice for your next big move. Plus, she is just wonderful to work with.

I just finished using CC for my 4th purchase/sale. Over each transaction she has been fantastic. Her knowledge of the market has always been spot on, her work ethic unsurpassed, and her dedication to unrivaled. There is no one i would trust more for real estate in the San Diego area. I couldnt recommend her enough. Just fantastic!
