She came highly recommended so I gave her a call to list my house. Before she listed my property she ran a full analysis and came up with the list price. We had multiple offers within 72 hours of it hitting the market, and closed in 29 days for 16k above the list price!... more than that is the fact that CC ran a very smooth transaction. We lucked out because CC was the ideal agent in every way. She is responsive, honest, and knows the market well. My wife and I were online everyday searching listings for the latest homes to come on the market. Many times and with little notice CC made herself available to us to see houses all over San Diego county.
