Bill has been fantastic to work with. The process of moving from one state to another is daunting but he's been extremely helpful and patient in my home search. Many many thanks to Bill.

Bill was AMAZING! He went WAY over and above helping us buy our home. There were multiple issues that needed to be resolved by the seller to get our loan approved. Bill negotiated with the seller to cover half of the repairs that they initially werent going to pay gor then he successfully coordinated multiple contractors to get the complicated repairs done. I highly recommend Bill!

Bill has helped me purchase a home and sold one for me. It doesn't stop there with him!! He has been truly amazing answering all the hundreds of questions I have had through both processes!! You cannot go wrong with Bill!

I had a great experience working with Bill. I was new to the area so his expertise were key. He knew the folks that were building a new development and we were able to take a tour of a few houses being built. It was exactly what I was looking for. Him already having a relationship with the builder made the process fast and easy. If and when the time comes to move I know who I will call.

Bill was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and followed up on and answered every question that we had. He made our time home buying experience efficient and ensured we got The deal we wanted while at the same time not missing the opportunity. Highly recommend!
