When you think of all the steps involved in buying your first house, a person can get very nervous. One of the first steps is finding a good realtor. We got nervous purchasing our first house and finding a realtor. You wonder if they will be honest, if they will stay within your budget. Well, long story made short, that first phone call we made to Chris was the best call we ever made. Right away he made our fears go away.While looking at homes, Chris made it tons of fun and he had so much knowledge about the market. If some homes needed to be fixed he was able to tell us what would have to be fixed and about how much it would cost. Not only did he seem like a realtor to us, he was also helping us inspect the home for safe clean healthy qualities a family would want to buy their first home. We looked at a lot of homes and we even let Chris pick out homes for us to look at. There was a house Chris picked out for us to look at and It was PERFECT! It had everything on our want list and everything on our need list. He helped us with the steps in buying this perfect first time home. Chris Adams is the best realtor and he made house hunting fun and he made our first home buying process so easy and un stressful. The home buying process with Chris was so fun and easy we were sad to not see him everyday. Chris is the most honest and smartest realtor.
