ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer, I couldnt have had a better realtor to work with. Shamiah was helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. She was always professional, considerate, and prompt with communication. She went above and beyond to help me get the home I wanted and helped to keep the process as stress free as it could be. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDShamiah was incredibly responsive to our inquiries. She was supportive throughout the process by understanding our needs and wants. She completed all necessary details with due diligence. We are thrilled with our new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDShamiah was fantastic! Very flexible and got us in to see houses expediently. If she was unable to show the house at a time that worked for us she would have her colleague show it in her stead. Shamiah was the only realtor we have had that we looked forward to working with rather than dreaded. She was helpful every step of the way and would reach back to us even late at night just so we knew she had seen our question and was working it. She is a boon to her company and a fantastic person to be around and work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDHad a great experience working with Shamiah! She was flexible and responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. She gave good advice throughout the process of buying a townhome. I would highly recommend Shamiah.
ZillowVERIFIEDShamiah helped my partner and I buy our very first house. We were super nervous to begin this process because we felt like we didn't know enough going into it, but Shamiah truly met us where we were at and helped us understand every step of the process. Not only that, she was always able to help arrange tours for us, even when they were last minute! She is so kind and also so welcoming of us as lgbtq+ folks. Highly recommend her! :) Thank you Shamiah!
ZillowVERIFIEDDespite what had to sound like the strangest of circumstances, Shamiah went above and beyond, helping me quickly purchase multiple new homes for family in Minnesota despite most of us living in other states. She walked us through every step of the process; took the time to answer even the most simple query; was in almost constant contact; and offered sound advice on negotiating the closing costs. She also put our comfort and safety above profit, advising against a certain property after the wonderful and thorough inspector she recommended revealed it to be a serious conglomeration of health hazards. When we ran late on closing day, she even drove to the property to meet us, to deliver the keys! We'll definitely be calling her for any other future acquisitions!
