Review My husband and I recently sold our home of over 20 years. When we first met with Chris Adams we were surprised and scared of the process and what he explained in detail of what to expect. Between staging our home and entering a very tight buying market we were probably more anxious and hesitant than most. We knew we had to just jump in and trust Chris and the process. We were nervous to sell quickly and not have an accepted bid on a new home in time. Chris advised us we had a couple of options, maybe a 45 day closing date or possibly ask for a rent back for a month or two from our buyers. Our home sold in 2 days for 20 thousand more than listing and the home only had a 1 car garage. I believe all the staging and advise he had given us on selling was the sole reason we got that much money for it. It was so much work but absolutely paid off just like he told us it would! Literally everything he told us would happen, did, there were no real surprises and when a few unexpected repairs were needed for our inspection he was very wise in advising us what we should and shouldnt have to repair. There was never a day or time I couldnt get ahold of him, he was prompt and professional. He did arrange for a rent back agreement with the buyers of our home and we were able to find a home in time. A friend of mine suggested Chris and his team as they have helped her and I will without a doubt recommend them to any of my friends or family looking to move.

Review When I interviewed Chris to list my house I asked him why I should use his company instead of one of the big named locals. Now I can answer this question myself. Chris and his team were the best. They were very professional, always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I may have had. They sent a stager out to make some suggestions which were all easy. The photographer took pictures that were amazing. Many people commented on the photos being amazing. I was skeptical of the price suggested for listing my house. I thought the asking price was high. Little did I know the first offer was for asking price and they went up from there. I highly recommend Chris and I have already sent my friends to him. If you are contemplating using another company - dont. Chris and his team will not disappoint.

Review After having a great experience with Chris Adams throughout the purchase of our home in 2012, we did not hesitate to use him when we sold the same home in 2017. I began working with Chris over a year before we put our house on the market. He met with us to discuss the our house value, market projections, and was able to provide us with suggestions for home improvement projects to maximize the value at the time of sale. Based on Chriss analysis, we decided to finish our basement and made some minor cosmetic upgrades, and the added value to our home at sale made the projects well worth it! Within 4 days of listing, our house received multiple offers well over asking price, and we gladly accepted one! Because of a career change, we were already moved out of state during the appraisal, inspection, and the period up to the closing date. Chris worked diligently to keep us informed of the progress of the sale. Unfortunately for us, the buyers inspector found that our septic system was non-compliant, and would need to be upgraded to meet code prior to sale. Chris made what was a very disappointing situation as easy and pleasant as possible, all things considered. He provided suggestions for septic contractors, checked on the installation to ensure things were completed and documented as required, and met with the buyer and her agent to keep them informed when he sensed that the buyer was getting cold feet. I cannot stress enough how involved and professional Chris was during this stressful period. I am a very particular and detail oriented person. I expect only the best from those I work and associate with. I would not and do not hesitate to recommend Chris Adams to anyone looking for a Real Estate professional.
