My husband I moved here from Colorado in 2016, and just like you, we relied on reviews. After doing research, I noticed that Adam Rutledge had consistent 5 star reviews. Immediately, we knew [based on the reviews] that contacting Adam for home buying would be within our best interest. And it was. He was responsive, flexible, punctual, Very knowledgeable, VERY patient, and most importantly, he had our best interest at heart. He found us the perfect home. A home that couldnt be better. He made the buying process exciting and alleviated all our fears or concerns. Now, fast forward to 4 years later. Due to a recent job change, we are now moving out of state and unfortunately needing to sell our home. We knew Adam was who we needed to contact. And yet again, he didnt disappoint. Once we contacted him to sell, the ball immediately started rolling. He made sure we always had a say, and consistently asked us for our input. Not only was the selling process successful, it was so smooth and incredibly quick. From someone who used Adam for both home buying and selling, I can honestly say he was nothing short of amazing.
