My father is an elderly veteran who needed to find a place very affordable and within a certain time frame. Peter was very patient and accommodating to us despite all the challenges our situation created. Peter did all this on his own, as neither of us live in the area and werent even around to tour all of the places with him. Any time any one of us had a question or concern, Peter was there to help. We needed an agent like him because we had no clue what we were doing, not once did he make us feel like we were putting him out. My father felt safe with Peter, confident that Peter was knowledgeable in his field and that he actually cared for the well-being of his clients, which is a testament to who he is as a person, as by no means was he going to get rich off the type of housing my dad was looking for. He treated my dad as if he were just as important as someone looking for a million dollar home and I cant begin to thank him enough! I appreciate the attentiveness, professionalism, effort, patience, and kindness that was shown to us throughout. From start to finish Peter was our guy, and Id recommend him to anyone.
