ZillowVERIFIEDNo less than terrible aEURoeagent,aEUR? and I use that term loosely. Lets state the facts: shows up at last second despite agreeing to the booking with THREE hours earlier. Lacked any knowledge of the unit scheduled to view, the unit number, how to access the units entryway, and just as bad who to call for assistance. Any professional agent would be prepared and ready to showcase the unit. But to casually show up a few minutes prior to booking time, no knowledge of which door is the unit, lacked any information on the property, knowledgeable the building or neighborhood, schools, etc. This aEURoeagentaEUR? has the attributes of an inexperienced, first-time new hire. I loss total confidence in her skills as one blunder after another eroded any hope that she can perform competently any real estate transaction.

Together my wife and I went through many home tours and he was relatable, caring and honest with us. If we went to a house he wasn't afraid to call a spade a spade. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him because before him we had another realtor who treated us as an afterthought. ZillowVERIFIED I called him in regards to selling my home and set up a time for the following day to come visit and get started on listing it. I had done some research and thought he would be a good agent to go with. Our initial call was a bit awkward, seemed as if he was not use to having folks call him about selling their home. Then, the day he was supposed to come over he was a no-show. I took time off work and had my house all ready for him and nothing, not even a text. I called him and he said that he couldn't make it today but didn't even try to reschedule and was generally rude.

He was fairly straightforward in letting us know which houses were not what we were looking for, as far as location goes, which was appreciated. I just noticed that I would catch things that he wasnt noticing such as lack of natural lighting, exposed wires & holes in walls in a house we looked at. Very friendly & very patient as we put in a couple offers that we had to back out of. Hes a rockstar for sticking through it. Sometimes communication was stellar and sometimes it was lacking. ZillowVERIFIED Peter goes above and beyond. He is a grinder. He makes sure every decision you are comfortable with. Searches for top lenders and providers for you. Goes out and does showings and if your not able to be there makes sure he sends pictures and video. Takes family into consideration and voices safety concerns to help you visualize things and is not concerned with just making a sell, he has you and your families best interest. Very on top of his craft and being an out of state home buyer, he never made us feel like he didn?t have time for us. He stood with us through the whole process, I would recommend him time and time again.
