Manny and Jennifer are truly an amazing team. They are not only extremely knowledgeable of the area but they take the time to listen to their clients and find multiple options. Many realtors push their own agendas and let their own opinions drive the search. Manny and Jennifer provide their insight but they recognize they are serving a client. They are patient, professional and always there when you need them. They also kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thank you for making our Charlotte relocation a smooth and happy experience. Hopefully we wont be selling any time soon but if/when we do, we will be calling you!

Buying a new home in a state a thousand miles away is a very stressful situation. From start to finish, Manny and Jen did a wonderful job of making this process so much easier than I ever thought it would have been. From the start, they listened to what we were looking for in a home (No HOA, no septic system) and told them what we were looking for in a town and community. We had a few conversations about the pros and cons of our wish list, then they set to work in sending us dozens upon dozens of listings from areas that suited our needs. When we settled in on a home and made an offer, they were with us every step of the way with constant phone calls and emails informing us of what was going on and guiding us in every step of this journey. They assisted us in securing financing for the purchase and also assisted in giving us information for vendors that could do the work that needed to be done to make this house our home. Being someone who is older, I was very leery and skeptical of doing business online with someone that I didnt meet face to face, but their personable demeanors and professional attitudes made us feel comfortable with this transaction and gave us the feeling that we had known them both for years. I can honestly say that there isnt one thing that I could complain about regarding the way that they worked with us. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new home, as they were FANTASTIC!

Emmanuel and his wife Jennifer (also a realtor) did an outstanding job helping me with my first home purchase. It was a new construction with incentives that I wasn't familiar with and how to take the best advantage of them. Emmanuel and Jennifer were able help me navigate and put the money to the best use. They helped me with a permanent buy down and also helped me lower the purchase price with the remaining incentive, which would have been left on the table if I was negotiating with the new construction company on my own. Thanks guys.

Share represented me in my successful purchase of a condo in Fort Lauderdale after my move from California. She was very helpful while I was in California and looking at online listings, in phone calls and emails. I recommend her without reservation. Share provided excellent service which led to a smooth closing. She has a wealth of experience representing both buyers and sellers and has extensive knowledge of local markets. She is easy to work with and has a positive and optimistic attitude. She responds to text, phone, and email communications promptly, and is pro-active in following up on the many details of a transaction. Also very important, Share worked effectively with the sellers agent; her support staff is excellent and was always willing to assist as the transaction moved forward.

Emmanuel and Jen did an amazing job find a house for me. They were on top of any questions I had during the inspection process and always were just a call or text away. I would definitely use them again for any other real estate needs.
