From start to finish, Manny and Jen did a wonderful job of making this process so much easier than I ever thought it would have been. From the start, they listened to what we were looking for in a home (No HOA, no septic system) and told them what we were looking for in a town and community. We had a few conversations about the pros and cons of our wish list, then they set to work in sending us dozens upon dozens of listings from areas that suited our needs. When we settled in on a home and made an offer, they were with us every step of the way with constant phone calls and emails informing us of what was going on and guiding us in every step of this journey. They assisted us in securing financing for the purchase and also assisted in giving us information for vendors that could do the work that needed to be done to make this house our home. Being someone who is older, I was very leery and skeptical of doing business online with someone that I didnt meet face to face, but their personable demeanors and professional attitudes made us feel comfortable with this transaction and gave us the feeling that we had known them both for years. I can honestly say that there isnt one thing that I could complain about regarding the way that they worked with us. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new home, as they were FANTASTIC!

It was a new construction with incentives that I wasn't familiar with and how to take the best advantage of them. Emmanuel and Jennifer were able help me navigate and put the money to the best use. They helped me with a permanent buy down and also helped me lower the purchase price with the remaining incentive, which would have been left on the table if I was negotiating with the new construction company on my own.
