Where to startaEUR| we had been looking on and off for a new home, and Nina was always accommodating, taking us to see multiple properties a day sometimes. And then it happenedaEUR"we found a house we loved and moved quickly, and had our offer accepted! Nina was able to negotiate many things on our behalf and we ended up paying under asking. We also went with the mortgage lender and closing company Nina recommended and we were able to close super quickly. We then asked her to list our old house, which I thought would be a tricker process, but it went very smoothly. Our listing pictures were beautiful, Nina held multiple open houses, and in a slow market with high interest rates our house was under contract and sold within 60 days. During the selling process Nina scheduled and attended multiple appointments on my behalf allowing me to not miss work which I really appreciated.
